Der Modellbahnshop-Lippe feiert 2.000 Instagram Follower

Wir bedanken uns für 2.000 Follower bei Instagram und möchten an dieser Stelle auf unser Gewinnspiel hinweisen! Die Teilnahme ist nur über Instagram möglich. Unter allen gewinnberechtigten Teilnehmern verlosen wir 2x einen 25€ MSL Gutscheincode. Die Teilnahmebedinungen findet ihr im folgenden Text:

Teilnahmebedingungen zum Gewinnspiel auf Instagram

Mit der Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel zum „Jubiläum 2.000 Follower“ akzeptiert der Benutzer folgende Teilnahmebedingungen:

1. The organizer of the competition is Casisoft MindWare GmbH, Leonardo-da-Vinci-Weg 6-8 in 32760 Detmold, Germany.
2. Die Teilnahmemöglichkeit an der genannten Aktion endet am 30.11.19 um 23:59 Uhr.
3. Only one participation per person is possible.
4. Persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Persons who are not of age may not participate.
5. Mitarbeiter der Casisoft MindWare GmbH und deren Angehörige sind von der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ausgeschlossen.
6. Gewinnberechtigt sind die Personen, die vom 30.11.2019 (00:00 Uhr) bis zum 04.12.2019 (23.59 Uhr) auf dem Modellbahnshop-Lippe Instagram-Kanal unter dem Gewinnspiel-Post folgenden Satz beenden und posten: „Ich folge @modellbahn.msl, weil…“. Die Gewinne werden unter allen gewinnberechtigten Teilnehmern verlost.
7. Die beiden Gewinner werden unter allen Teilnehmern per Zufallsprinzip ausgelost und per privater Nachricht benachrichtigt.
8. Die beiden Gewinner müssen ihre MSL Kundennummer innerhalb einer Woche nach Benachrichtigung via privater Instagram-Nachricht an die Casisoft MindWare GmbH übermitteln. Ansonsten verfällt der Anspruch auf den Gewinn und die Casisoft MindWare GmbH wird den Gewinn erneut verlosen.
9. Es werden zwei Gewinner/innen ausgelost. Der Gewinn umfasst jeweils einen MSL Gutschein Code über 25€. Der Gewinn wird den Gewinnern digital zugestellt.
10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid in cash.
11. Casisoft MindWare GmbH is entitled to make changes to the prize. In this case, the winners will receive an appropriate replacement prize.
12. The Jury's decision is final.
13. Participation via sweepstake clubs, automated services or other service providers is not permitted.
14. The data provided by the participants will be processed for the duration of the campaign and deleted after the final completion of the campaign, provided that there are no retention or limitation periods to the contrary. Further information on how we process the personal data you provide can be found in the Privacy policy.
15. Casisoft MindWare GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition at any time without giving reasons if manipulation is suspected. If this involves a winner who has already been drawn, the prize can be subsequently revoked; a prize that has already been delivered can be reclaimed.
16. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. German law applies to the user relationship between the participant and Casisoft MindWare GmbH.
17. Casisoft MindWare GmbH reserves the right to terminate the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without notice. This applies in particular if for technical (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram) no proper implementation is guaranteed.
18. THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH INSTAGRAM AND IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ORGANIZED BY INSTAGRAM. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, ALL ENTRANTS RELEASE INSTAGRAM FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LIABILITY RELATED TO THE CONTEST. INSTAGRAM IS NOT AVAILABLE AS A CONTACT FOR THE GIVEAWAY.
