Gewinnspiel zum Tag der Modelleisenbahn

Teilnahmebedingungen „Gewinnspiel Tag der Modelleisenbahn 2024“

Mit der Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel zum „Tag der Modelleisenbahn 2024“ akzeptiert der Benutzer folgende Teilnahmebedingungen:

1. The organizer of the competition is Casisoft MindWare GmbH, Leonardo-da-Vinci-Weg 6-8 in 32760 Detmold, Germany.
2. Die Teilnahmemöglichkeit an der genannten Aktion endet am 05.12.24 um 12:00 Uhr.
3. Pro Kanal (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok und Youtube) ist nur eine Teilnahme möglich.
4. Persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Persons who are not of age may not participate.
5. Mitarbeiter der Casisoft MindWare GmbH und deren Angehörige sind von der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ausgeschlossen.
6. Gewinnberechtigt sind die Personen, die vom 02.12.2024 (00:00 Uhr) bis zum 05.12.2024 (12:00 Uhr) auf einem oder mehrern Kanälen des Modellbahnshop-Lippe (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) unter dem jeweiliegen Beitrag zum „Tag der Modelleisenbahn“ kommentieren. Die Gewinne werden unter allen gewinnberechtigten Teilnehmern verlost.
7. Das Los entscheidet, welche gewinnberechtigte Person einen Gutschein erhält. Insgesamt werden 4 Gutscheine verlost.
8. Die Gewinner müssen ihre E-Mailadresse innerhalb einer Woche nach Benachrichtigung via privater Nachricht an die Casisoft MindWare GmbH übermitteln. Ansonsten verfällt der Anspruch auf den Gewinn und die Casisoft MindWare GmbH wird den Gewinn erneut verlosen.
9. Es werden 4 Gewinner/innen ausgelost. Die Gewinne umfassen jeweils einen MSL Gutschein Code mit im Wert von je 50€.
10. The prize will be sent to the winners digitally.
11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or paid in cash.
12. Casisoft MindWare GmbH is entitled to make changes to the prize. In this case, the winners will receive an appropriate replacement prize.
13. The Jury's decision is final.
14. Participation via sweepstake clubs, automated services or other service providers is not permitted.
15. The data provided by the participants will be processed for the duration of the campaign and deleted after the final completion of the campaign, provided that there are no retention or limitation periods to the contrary. Further information on how we process the personal data you provide can be found in the Privacy policy.
16. Casisoft MindWare GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition at any time without giving reasons if manipulation is suspected. If this involves a winner who has already been drawn, the prize can be subsequently revoked; a prize that has already been delivered can be reclaimed.
17. Should individual clauses be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. German law applies to the user relationship between the participant and Casisoft MindWare GmbH.
18. Die Casisoft MindWare GmbH behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit, auch ohne Einhaltung von Fristen, ganz oder teilweise zu beenden. Dies gilt insbesondere, wenn aus technischen (z.B. Manipulation) oder rechtlichen Gründen (z.B. Untersagung durch Instagram, Facebook, TikTok oder YouTube) keine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung gewährleistet ist.

DIESE PROMOTION STEHT IN KEINER VERBINDUNG ZU FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK ODER YOUTUBE UND WIRD IN KEINER WEISE VON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK ODER YOUTUBE GESPONSERT, UNTERSTÜTZT ODER ORGANISIERT. BEI TEILNAHME AN DIESEM WETTBEWERB STELLEN ALLE TEILNEHMER FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK UND YOUTUBE VON JEGLICHEN ANSPRÜCHEN ODER JEGLICHER HAFTUNG IM ZUSAMMENHANG MIT DEM WETTBEWERB FREI. FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK ODER YOUTUBE STEHEN NICHT ALS ANSPRECHPARTNER FÜR DAS GEWINNSPIEL ZUR VERFÜGUNG.
